DeBoring to Tenn as OC

It appears that Tennessee's search for a new offensive coordinator is coming to an end.

According to 247Sports, the become the quarterbacks coach with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in January.

DeBord is currently working in the Michigan athletic department as an administrator, but has plenty of coaching experience on both the college level and in the NFL. His most recent college gig was as Michigan's offensive coordinator in 2006 and 2007. He also spent four seasons as head coach at Central Michigan from 2000 to 2003.

His most recent coaching stop was with the Chicago Bears as tight ends coach from 2010 to 2012.

Might make sense after his development of UM's offense in 90s and mid

2000s, but hiring someone who hasn't done that for 9 years and hasn't coached for several seems strange.
