It's so hard to project whether Wolf will be able to make it in the NBA. Obviously, you can't teach his height. He's a good ball handler for that height. He's also got some instincts/vision when it comes to passing and is good at locating/high pointing the ball when rebounding. He's got good hands.

His biggest issue is his athleticism. He is not much of a jumper. He doesn't run the court well. He's not very strong. And he doesn't have great stamina. I don't know how much of that is that he simply hasn't worked very hard on strength and conditioning. His shooting is very inconsistent (his FT shooting is bad, his FG percentage/finishing at the rim is below average, and his 3 point shooting is fair). I'm not sure how much that will improve when he's dealing with longer/better athletes and a longer 3 point line.

If I had to guess, I don't think he's an NBA player. The ball handling is nice but he's not going to be asked to do that as much in the NBA. He's a bit of a poor man's Mo Wagner (Mo was a better shooter and athlete).

If his goal is to get to the NBA as quickly as possible, I'm not sure it makes sense to stay. He'll get better faster working full time on his game and playing against better athletes. However, if his goal is to get drafted as highly as possible (and to perhaps to go for title with Michigan), staying makes sense (and he can work to iron out some of the wrinkles in his game and improve his strength, speed, and fitness).

I'm not sure how much money will factor into this.
