Glad this one is over .....was nervous about this game for several reasons as we have played really good football for a bunch of games in a row , and with next week on the horizon , it had to be hard to stay focused . I also just kept reading all of those , “ we are gonna kill them “ posts and I just kept thinking , “ just get the W “ which we did . A few thoughts ...
1. Love how Shea stays so focused . I keep reading how now he is leaning towards leaving , but hope he stays. It’s great having a kid like that around . I know Dylan is really good but Shea is just so fun to watch .
2 . Our WR’s as a group are really good ...... very under rated and will be as good a unit as we will have next year.
3. Next week will be tough. Don’t let the Maryland game fool you . The buck nuts will be tough in their back yard . Today we saw somethings that can make it tough for our defense , including a QB that moves aroundup the middle. I know everyone will say Haskins can’t move , but Martell can and as we saw a short quick passing game also can cause us grief possibly as well as keep pressure off the QB.
4. Chase ..... wonder how he will be Saturday . Hopefully fine and he and Gary can get after it .
5 . Just pray the zebras let us play ......we have not been treated to nicely in the recent past.
6. Last .... red zone play ..... get the ball to the end zone . We need our play makers to make plays ! It’s HERE !!!!!
