Did some research and found out that if Davis chooses Michigan, he’d only be the second five-star quarterback since 2006, the year that this network introduced the Rivals250 rankings system, to do so since Ryan Mallett in 2007.
So in that 16-year span, Shane Morris, Tate Forcier, Devin Gardner, Dylan McCaffrey, J.J. McCarthy, Brandon Peters and the remaining QB’s who signed with Michigan were all listed as four stars or lower.
