Clemson hires Tom Allen as DC away from Penn State

Tom Allen and Dabo seem like a good pair, so I get it.

But Allen leaving the Big Ten, and Penn State after this run is odd?

Unless Allen just doesn't like Franklin, or Franklin is deflecting a lot of blame to Allen, which both are possible.
