I see it mentioned quite often. Does this stem from Tony Mandarich alone? Is it because Bullock missed the Rose Bowl with no public explanation? Don't get me wrong, I'm sure some do, just like I'm sure they're players on every single D1 team that probably use PEDs. Why do we single out MSU though? Is it an excuse to justify why they have excelled over Michigan as of late?
