Stauskus with that high pick in roll from the top of a key and he could pull up and shoot from the pick, pass to the man rolling or find the open guy if the slide the double team. That was our base offense for so much of the year. Nick could do all 3 of those, whereas, not many players can't get to the rim, shot and pass.
