In looking at both the Offensive Line Recruits and the Defensive Line recruits, we have what appears to me more interested & committed than we have room for. A great problem but tricky.
On OL, youve got 4, 2 OT's & 2OG;s currently. I think all four of them redshirt if all four stay.
But with Wilson,Filiaga,Becton,Slaton all OT's possibly wanting in, I see it as Slaton & Becton only as possibilities if Wilson & Filiaga dont. My feeling is, 3 OT's Stueber RS, Wilson & Filiaga for a total of 3 OT's. Can they really take 4 OT's? (Becton or Hall)?
As far as Guards, you have Herbert & Honigford. As recruits for guard you have Wills.
Lastly you have Ruiz for Center. Hopefully a lock.
So at Center your covered.
At Guard you have 3 possibles but do they want 3?
At Tackle you have you have 8 possibles. Can only see 4 as a maximum. Maybe just 3 if the right 3
So, numbers wise, I think overall they usually want 15-16 total on scholie if Im correct.
This class alone would be half of that the way its looking. Not good, not gooooood. I think they dont go over 7.
So, final 7, what do you think?
1. OT's, Wilson, Filiaga, Stueber
2. OG's Wills, Honigford, Herbert (Wills being your Floater- both OT or OG)
3. Center, Ruiz
Or do you think its 8? (Hall or Becton or ???)
