Here are tonight's Blue Chips...

*** Michigan recently made the Top 10 for three-star Pinson (Ala.) Clay wide receiver Marquarius White. I mentioned him in my trends story yesterday as a prospect the Wolverines are moving up with. Michigan has made a concerted effort to recruit hard in the state of Alabama, and analyst Aashon Larkins has been spearheading the efforts. U-M offensive coordinator Josh Gattis is also familiar with the state. Both have been making a big impression on White, who is set to officially visit on June 25. I do think White is a guy the Wolverines can land, but it will depend on which schools down south push. Florida State just offered yesterday, and Tennessee is set to host him for an OV as well.

*** Michigan also made the Top 7 for three-star Pike Road (Ala.) High running back Quinshon Judkins. The Wolverines offered Judkins early when Jay Harbaugh was the position coach. Contact dropped off once Harbaugh made the move to tight ends, but new running backs coach Mike Hart has shown a renewed interest in Judkins. In fact, the two have been talking on a weekly basis over the last month, and Judkins is looking to make an official visit to U-M. As of today, Judkins has no trips scheduled. He's pretty wide open with his top group and is a strong academic kid (Yale is in his top group) willing to leave the south. Auburn, Notre Dame, Florida and Penn State are others that are heavily involved.

*** Michigan secured a spot in the Top 10 for Rivals250 Lake Charles (La.) Prep running back Trevonte Citizen. Hart and the Wolverines recently offered and have created a bit of headway in his recruitment. However, it's going to be an uphill battle to ultimately win him over. Citizen already has official visits scheduled with Arkansas, Texas, Texas A&M and USC. On top of that, home state LSU is the favorite to land his commitment. Even if Michigan can convince Citizen to use his last OV on a trip to Ann Arbor, I wouldn't be too optimistic.

*** Let's say happy trails to some prospects. Rivals100 outside linebacker Enai White did not include Michigan in his Top 8. This one isn't a big surprise as Michigan was never really a player here. Michigan hosted Rivals100 safety Xavier Nwankpa and re-offered him under the new defensive staff. However, there was never much movement with him after that. U-M did not make his Top 7. Michigan offered Rivals250 athlete Barion Brown in February but did not make the Nashville prospect's Top 10. Fellow Nashville prospect Jaylen Lewis also picked up a Michigan offer this offseason but did not include the Wolverines in his top group.
