up north. Played 72 holes in two days, Ryder Cup format - Bay Harbor, Crooked Tree, Indian River. That really is God's country. Great food, great friends, average golf and a lot of beer. Took a few days away from the board to recharge the batteries after writing 40,000 words for the football preview, spending hours on interviews, etc. Always a relief when we put that to bed.
