The brand new downtown Las Vegas casino Circa, which is being built by Detroit casinoer (is that a word?) Derek Stevens, just announced their restaurant lineup and one of those restaurants will be Saginaw's Delicatessen from Paul Saginaw, founder of the world famous Zingerman's Deli in Ann Arbor. Just an FYI for fans of Zingerman's and Vegas.
