I’ve been around the block a few times and know the importance of NSD and what it means to a site and the community. However, this is my first one actually covering recruiting in-depth. From following up, to creating new relationships on the fly, this whole experience has been an excellent learning experience for me.
I hope you guys noticed the love and care we took into making sure this first NSD was a good one. We wanted all of your questions answered and wanted to leave no stones unturned. My silly post about the 100% FutureCast (I’m going to hold on to that one for a while 😂) couldn’t be possible without having an audience to feed it to.
Remember, this is the first one of MANY more to come for TMBR. We’re only going to get better with time. I feel the 2023 class is going to special.
