in perusing various Michigan boards, I find it interesting that there are a fair amount of UM fans that believe Beilein is so difficult to work with and almost openingly blame him for assistants leaving even those who left for head coaching jobs; yet, Harbaugh has lost multiple assistant coaches and yet no one dares to say something similar about Jim.
I understand Jim is an elite coach, but Beilein isn't chopped liver. Any thoughts as to why?
