I've concluded that this coaching and recruiting administrative staff has it's contacts established over a wide, national area and very deep in some top high school programs. I don't think that the average staff comes up with many of these kids, who seem to have outstanding physical characteristics, good character traits, and who are seemingly (at this point anyway) relatively undiscovered. I sure hope I'm right.
