I sign onto TMBR hoping to see that Josh has announced a signed agreement between Jim and Santa. How often are all of you checking?
This should not be taking this long. As I said in another thread, I have done large, public M&A transactions my whole career. Documenting the deal takes a couple of days max when starting from scratch. Less when there is an existing contract. Clearly one side or the other does not yet want to sign the deal.
