Three plays that I would classify as very heady plays:
The first that comes to mind was like a 3-yd throw to Throw to Erick All after a high snap from center. Another was an incompletion thrown at Ben Mason’s feet. I’m pretty sure he intentionally threw the ball at Mason’s feet to avoid a sack, and the final play was the sidearm throw to Eubanks, again for a short gain, but one that showed his moxie and understanding.
Small things like that can be the difference in close games.
