“Player availability” didn’t stop OSU leaping 2 teams in 2014

This one even more egregious, leaping 4 teams! It didn’t stop a 3rd string QB led team in 2014. TCU & Baylor both got shafted. One could understand leaping over TCU, but not Baylor. This one takes the cake! This one a complete 180!
