If I was IU...(I am not) and I am being completely honest...I don't have a problem with the throw on 3rd down. The play call was reasonable. I don't think you can necessarily always run on every down although UM couldn't stop Howard.

But the box is going to be loaded and sided to the LT side. That being said...as the announcer stated...this is somewhat similar to the Super Bowl. The guy who needs the ball is the rb...he brought you to the dance...he is the reason you have a chance to win along with the flubs by UM.

Not saying it's exactly like the SB...I don't have a problem with 2nd down call but here it's 4th down and I'd rather lose with Howard than their wr/qb tandem. Just my personal thoughts.
