Why is Ryan Perry going down to the minors and NOT Dontrell Willis?

Perry's numbers are worse than DW's? I can't think of any time that Perry was that bad compared to Willis. DW pitched one game lights out vs Texas Perry has been in more games and even if he has been hit. Willis gave up 5 runs without a hit. Imagine if they hit him? DW must have pictures of Leyland and some show girls from Windsor! What do you think about this? The Pitchers not the Show gals?
