I hate to do this because I feel like I’m click baiting but I have to be VERY careful with what I say to protect not only the kid, but my sources. But you guys deserve to be tipped off. I don’t break injury news. It does nothing for us. And I don’t want clicks over someone else’s misfortune.
There’s a potential injury situation that’s happening with a starting offensive player. I can’t say the name of the player as I’ve been sworn to secrecy and I respect the wishes of those that gave me this information.
There’s a potential situation where a surgery could be involved and he could miss 8-12 weeks with said surgery. It’s a situation where the player CAN play with the injury but a surgery might be the only option.
This player would seek a medical redshirt, too.
