The "Byrd" on MLB.com now vs. Yankees. What control of all

his pitches! Someone should have told him they needed a Pitching coach to help these young kids out. Someone refresh my ind as to what made his career short? 56 startes and 33 complete games all told (61% as posted on TV). Who has done that for us the past dozen yrs?

He injuried his knee the following spring shagging balls.

Won only 10 games that yr and was finished. 5 years later they said he had a bad rotory cuff injury due to adjustments he tried to make in pitching his 2nd season. JUst heard this all on MLB.com. Sorry to answer my own question. GBGB "74
