Surprise! I have some bonus notes from practice on Friday since it was a light week for the team.

Here's what we're hearing.

- Scrimmage the entire practice on Friday.
- Quarterbacks continue to be a 'work in progress' and Jack Tuttle is not fully practicing yet
- As for who won the day, it was considered a 'draw' between offense and defense, with both sides of the ball getting the better of each other at various points.
- People are guzzling the Jaishawn Barham Kool-Aid with one observer saying that he could play for the Lions right now, it's something that is very apparent to those who watch him.
- Rod Moore is looking like a 7+ month recovery time.
- Quinten Johnson is not practicing with the team right now as he is not enrolled in school yet, will enroll in the spring semester and will be back with the program in full force.
- Biggest takeaway from one practice observer is DL coach Lou Esposito and what he brings to the field. His 'fire' while coaching was something that is really impressive. He's maybe had two or three practices with the team so far.

- Quick freshman nugget, we're told that Cole Sullivan doesn't look like a freshman. Unsure whether that's in body composition or play, perhaps a little bit of both.

That's all I have for now.
