Coming to Super-Google (this board) for some educated advice; there always is some here on EVERY topic - worth the price of admission all by itself.
Selling a home in Maryland, with the good fortune of selling in this market. Albeit not the best circumstances, plus I have to then buy in another hot market, etc. But I digress.
I'm going to make up numbers, but they're representative / pro-rated. Zillow says $760K. 3 comparable home for sale in the county (next to no inventory). Agent says will sell somewhere between $740K & $780K. Expects 95% likely to have competing offers, so recommends listing at $700K to generate them as best way to get top $$. Seems low to me and to make more sense to list around $740K. What say you, RE experts? $700K? $740K? Something else?
