So I am a tech idiot. I have worked from home since March 2020. I am a stockbroker and am really worried about if I move from the upstairs to the downstairs of my house as it’s into a much bigger room and due to its location in the house will it affect anything. The Infinity guy was here yesterday regarding our cable and said that’s kinda complicated but it involves running a wire into the wall. He then said the speed could be reduced due to where the room is in the house.
He then said they don’t do this. So to make sure it’s done right who should I contact to set it all up ? Do I call the Geek Squad ? My son is pretty tech savvy ( is 24 ) could he do it all possibly ? Sorry to show my ignorance.
