The latest round of NFL stuff doesn’t have anyone I speak to worried.
Belief is that there will be a deal done at some point and Harbaugh does not want to leave Michigan. The agent stuff that’s getting out to NFL reporters is posturing, nothing more. That point was proven with the caveat that Michigan can quiet things down with a big extension. Gee, I wonder why that stuff is being discussed, it’s not like the two parties are working on contract talks as we speak. Sarcasm implied.
My belief is that the extension will be done and that Harbaugh will be compensated fairly, like top of the conference in salary fairly. The buyout is part of the equation that is going to get worked out.
