Michigan offered stud '18 lineman Will Lawrence yesterday, one of his many offers. Interestingly, however, is that it is the first offer that Michigan had made to a Class of '18 prospect. I am not sure when his birthday is, but if he tracks with most of the kids in his class it would be in the year 2000, making him the first prospect to be offered by Michigan who was born in the 2000s. I would have said the new Millennium, however purists believe that the new Millennium actually only began on January 1, 2001, so now we need to wait for one of those current 8th-graders to be offered (Blake Hinson, Kenny McIntosh,. JT. Daniels, Peter Hayes-Patrick or Charlie Moore anyone?)
