2024 four-star wide receiver Gatlin Bair announced via his Twitter account on Thursday that he has a commitment date set for August 5.
I did some quick asking around about where things stand and this is what I was able to get.
- I don't get the sense that the decision date has any connection to Michigan's standing in this one.
- This is still very much a Michigan vs. Boise State battle, with the BSU pull so he can be closer to home.
- According to one source close to Bair, he has a multi-date unofficial lined up with BSU July 27-28, which will allow him to take a few days after the visit before his announcement.
- This source also said it's currently, 'the closest I've ever seen it' between the two programs and he could see this outcome going either way right now.
