IMO it is a sign that the coaches do not have control of the situation...that they themselves are arrogant about what they are doing. Someone always talks under Harbaughs watch...IMO because he is stubburn and arrogant and allows/promotes it (the who has it better nonsense). He/they(coaches) are always so suprised when things do not go the way they expect (arrogance). I promise you other coaching staffs count on this as well...they are never suprised when Michigan keeps doing what they expect them to do no matter the results (shifting in DLs every play no matter what the offense is doing...for example). That is his weakness IMO...and thus It is always his teams weakness as well. Will never win big that way IMO.
