Is Draymond Green the upstanding citizen JB is looking for to coach? Don't get me wrong but Green is perfectly fine but far from perfect as most of us are. My point being is Green was offered by JB and does he really know how 17 year olds are going to pan out?
I support JB but he seems to be running more of a Rhodes scholarship program than a college basketball program. Maybe JB cares more about his place in the history of NCAA ethics. Not a cheap shot just an honest comment.
Not saying JB should take questionable kids. One last point...diligent scholarship offers but then quick offers to other kids like MAAR and Dawkins? I think JB is on the right track but has some really quirky beliefs which probably is a reflection of his system.
He does it his way and it's his program but sometimes I get the impression he is very regimented to a fault.
