How we “fix” the 2023 class

I think a lot rides on this collective that has been spoken about. If players are getting paid at Michigan that’s gonna be known to recruits. You don’t have to make guarantees when it’s evident players are doing well and recruits can talk to current players. That coupled with a monster season will be more than enough to tip us back into the top 10 range for a class. In this environment I think the number of flip candidates will be at an all-time high and if our competitors falter we will have even more of an opportunity.

I remember feeling very similarly about the program when Harbaugh was retained after the 2020 debacle. Felt like we were done for the foreseeable future. I was wrong. Some dudes thrive under pressure and in chaos. I’m not one of them really but Jim is I think. Come to think of it his play on the field did also. As of June 29th we are behind. I think by December 29th we will be in good shape.
