Gotta think if Michigan can get a split this weekend they're in great shape to win the B1G. We'd be at worst 1 point back of Penn State, and still 6 points up on Minnesota with 8 games to play, but Minny/PSU play each other 4 more times, and I don't think either of them sweeps the other.

Our remaining 8 after this weekend are 2 against Sparty, 2 at PSU, 2 at home against Wiscy and a home and home with OSU. No reason to go worse than 6-2 or 7-1 in those 8....

Apparently Puckhead couldn't bear to watch the third perod


And who could blame him - the second period (or more precisely about the last 6 minutes of the first period and first 14 minutes of the 2P) was one of our most lackluster efforts of the year.

That loss was a team effort, but man these goalies are driving me crazy - both of them, they put together 3 or 4 good outings in a row and then they come up with a real clunker.
