Fanatics files lawsuit against Cards WR Harrison Jr.
Fanatics filed a lawsuit against Arizona Cardinals rookie Marvin Harrison Jr. on Saturday for breaching a contract the receiver signed with the retailer in May 2023, and in the suit, the company said he has refused to fulfill his obligations of the deal.
Sounds like he doesn’t want to honor the Fabatics contract because there are better deals being floated in front of him despite the signed contract from 2023.
Interesting to see if he becomes a head case
