2023 Ellenwood (Ga.) defensive end Cedar Grove Adonijah Green may already be committed to Louisville but that doesn't mean he's not on Michigan's radar.

Pledging to the Cardinals back in December, Green has seen his recruitment blown him since his decision, with the likes of Michigan, Arkansas, Nebraska, Indiana, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Missouri, and others, looking to get him to back out of his commitment.

When talking to Green, he said this kind of attention of other schools vying for him was something to be expected, considering the timing of his commitment being over a year away from National Signing Day. He appreciates the offers but right now remains firm on his stance with Louisville and doesn't seem to have regrets over his choosing.

Green actually admitted that he was in shock that the Wolverines called to offer him. He didn't even believe that they were on the other line at first. Outside linebackers coach Dylan Roney was the one who sent out the formal offer to Green but it will be defensive line coach Mike Elston who'll be Green's main recruiter. The three-star defensive end's first time meeting Roney was during a summer camp last year in Tennessee.

Green doesn't have any visits outside of Louisville lined up following the end of the dead period. If he does intend of visiting Ann Arbor, it will be over the summer.

Asked about what a team like Michigan would have to do in order for Green to commit, it would require feeling a sense of belonging, the same experience he's been getting at Louisville. It will take some extra convincing from Elston to pull that off.

At 6-foot-5 and 210 pounds, Green is the No. 50-ranked overall prospect in the state of Georgia, according to Rivals.com.
