I obviously like to involve you guys in a lot of decisions in regards to content, my travels, etc. We are starting to focus in on a few guys for our secondary recruiting reporter position and wanted to get the board's input. For this role, would you rather have a younger version of me that loves to get on a road and has more of a background in reporting or would you rather have an X's and O's guy that can break down film and really evaluate? We have some good options with both.
