So I was chopping wood today. Moving and making plenty of noise etc. while completing said task. I turn and saw a bird who was perched on an old pallet I had near the side of my property. He was about 1 foot off the ground sitting on one of the cross boards of the pallet which was leaning vertical. I was probably operating within 2 feet of said perched bird for about 15 minutes. Swinging things and tossing wood etc.
So, whatever it’s a bird.....until I realized this bird was a psycho or has COVID. He literally did not move from the moment I noticed him. He blinked. That’s it. Had his head looking upwards and half cocked to the right. Sat there. Didn’t move. Ever. I finished. I saw a wasp near him so I sprayed the wasp with foaming wasp spray. Wasp dead. Foam all over bird. He just sat there. And blinked.
Returned to the OMEN BIRD about an hour later. Still there.
So here is my question......does he have COVID. And do I proceed to do what I think I should do which is of course burn my entire property to the ground and call my insurance agent.
