Here is the scenario. We are talking about 14u softball here. Player A has been on the team for a year. Once Spring/Summer tournaments were over, all players were invited back to play in the Fall and next Spring/Summer including Player A. Player A decides to try out for another team over the last few weeks and does it 3 times. Player A did not tell the coach about this. One of the tryouts was also during the same time as the original team practice/tryouts. The coach of the original team heard about all of this and picked up a new player as a replacement for Player A basically saying that if she was looking, so were we and we found something..good luck to you. Was that wrong? Or was that ok given what Player A did?
