That every time I run into an Ohio State fan, they make sure to tell me that Michigan hiring Jim Harbaugh is "good for the big ten." That is certainly true, but the comment comes out of an extreme sense of security that they feel from having gone 38-3 under Meyer with 3 wins over Hoke. They'd like to see Michigan improve, so that the big ten's stature improves, so that their undefeated seasons mean more...and that their rivalry wins are more fun. I can't wait until Harbaugh starts sticking it to Meyer regularly and knocks that smugness right out of all of them. That's all.
