Wrestling: Big Ten pre-seeds are out …

I didn't see where anybody had posted these already so thought I'd pass along … these came out yesterday afternoon. Here's where the Michigan guys checked in for the pre-seeds … Big Tens are this weekend, March 6-7 (first round, quarterfinals being at 10 a.m. Saturday, semifinals start at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and finals are set for 4 p.m. Sunday):

125 Dylan Ragusin - #9 (seems low to me, but probably because he wrestled at 133 at the end of the year … this is a brutal draw because No. 9 seed, if he wins round one, gets No. 1 seed Spencer Lee — who is unbeatable — in the quarterfinals, and I really feel Ragusin could beat everybody except Lee)

133 Jack Medley - #6

141 Drew Mattin - #8

149 Kanen Storr - #5

157 Will Lewan - #6

165 Cameron Amine - #4

174 Logan Massa - #4

184 Jaden Bullock - #12

197 Myles Amine - #2

HWT Mason Parris - #2 (interesting side note - Penn State's Greg Kerkvliet is slotted at No. 7 currently, which means if/when he wins round one, he'll face Parris in the quarterfinals. Obviously, Kerkvliet isn't super proven on the college level yet, but I strongly feel him and Parris is an NCAA semifinals type match if they were seeded in the right places)
