Just wonder how the shoe companies soiling the diaper with bribes might affect the seemingly legitimate apparel deals such as the ones mentioned. Might the schools shy away from any affiliation with companies that are associated with bribes? Might the feds (certainly not the NCAA led by steel-spined Emmert) prohibit such deals?
