Both Wilson and Schiano are qualified, with baggage, to be P5 HCs and can be hired as assistants at a vast majority of Colleges. Well they are not going to be HC's at OSU. Further, they will have to listen to a young man now instead of Urban. That may not work.
If both stay on, that is huge for OSU. If both move on that is not at all good for OSU.
