I may have missed them but did not see any comments on the Women's team so I will offer mine to get you started.
They have not played anyone worthy yet but I am starting to like the team and think that the defense has actually improved [a bit]. Still need to improve a lot on the help defense but Hillmon is an asset on the 1-3-1 [ and otherwise - IMO she will be a good one].
With Munger and Thome, we know what we get. Not great but steady B1G players. Church looks better and Robbins is much improved offensive. Brown seems to have residuals from her injury but will probably get back to last year's form, if not better. Dilk looks like she knows what she is doing offensively and I assume her shooting will come around. Weak defensive footwork. Hillmon is good! Bauch looks ok for a PG backup.
I don't know about others in the B1G but there are usually a bunch of good to very good teams. I would be satisfied with a fifth place finish at this point.
