...to have all teams get to 16-18 games, but not more. Meaning any team that is on track to get to 16 conference games in the next few games, take their remaining games and reschedule them to teams needing to make up games? They could possible even the field by doing this, however some teams would have an extended break once they make it to 16 games (or 18).
