that can be a huge competitive disadvantage to overcome. Occasionally, I know, they filter in to Michigan, but it's rare. Our history with JC football players has not been good, with Russell Shaw probably being the best. But in basketball Ricky Green was maybe the best guard to ever to play for Michigan and certainly the quickest. JC players can make a huge difference. See OJ Simpson, USC. If there are JC players with truly exceptional ability out there, I hate to see Urban laughing at us while he signs them.
