This is why (in part) Macdonald and Linquist were brought in. To close on recruits like Johnson and Jackson.
Now obviously their recruiting prowess will be more on display with the 2022’s and beyond...BUT, I have the feeling they’ll (ESPECIALLY Linquist) close on Johnson. And what a coup at this point it’d be if they snag Jackson too.
If they do... we’ll all grin a sinister grin. Excited for what lies ahead with recruiting (at least on the defensive side of the ball)
My question is... are you concerned if they don’t? If they don’t, at the very least, convince a legacy, and top in-state talent, like Johnson? Or do they get the “free pass” for the timing of their hire?
