When he says Speight is the starting QB and gives us the best chance to win, Why don't we believe him?

Last year we had O'korn for one game and let's be honest, after that game all the people that were on the O'Korn train jumped off.

This year, no matter how many times the staff says Peters is not ready, I keep hearing about putting Peters in to develop for the future. If Harbaugh put Peters in and he laid an egg and cost us a game, those same people would be asking, what the heck Harbaugh was thinking.

Listen, When Harbaugh thinks about the future that means next week. Jim Harbaugh is not going to sacrifice one game or a season to experiment based on what the press or fans want.

I don't think Jim Harbaugh is starting Speight because he is likable, good looking, a good student, a Democrat or Republican. I think the coach and his staff are playing Wilton because they think he gives us the best chance.

I choose to believe him until he decides that someone else gives us a better chance.
