She made the decision to fire Schawartz right after she took over. She set goals and even though the Lions made the playoffs she would not take a 1-7 start. She does not get along with Bill Jr. and you have not seen him around at all since she took over. She has placed her daughter as her back up on all things Lions. Maybe the best man for the job as head of the Lions is a Wo man. Time will tell and I will be watching the process she puts in place to fill the jobs. I also hope she cleans house with the scouting department. Many have been there over 20 years and that should say it all. I think they can no longer say that Millen over ruled their suggestions. Mayhew has not done much better when it comes to drafting and evaluating talent.
