Has the biggest hammer? I understand you have a president, AD, and then coach. If Harbaugh was killing it, he would be the hammer and run it all ala most big schools... That all said, someone carries the check book that if they WANT to, can shake Schemechler hall with their voice. Is it a collection of boosters? Is it 1 or 2 guys? Stephen Ross? I know we have past players, The Woodsons, Desmond and Griese's of the world, I am sure they have some influence. Who knocks on the AD's door and says, you want to keep your athletic department afloat? Listen to me.
