Lets say that Clemson and ND go undefeated. They are in. Then LSU runs the table and wins the SEC. They are in with their 1 loss. That would leave Bama who would have only lost to LSU on the road verse Michigan and our 1 loss.
As I think about this, it is not an unrealistic possibility. If it went this way, I think with our schedule and losing only the first game, we would deserve it more. But the committee has a hard-on for Bama. I guess they deserve that. But would they really hose the BIG that way?
Boy, I don't want to have to find out when we win out.
Edit: Heck, in this scenario, Florida could be the team playing in the SEC championship game if they win out and beat Georgia this weekend.
