While imo Jim is a great man, coach, leader, innovator, representative of U of M... I don't see him as being a great salesman... just from a personality standpoint. That's not a troll or knock on him at all, I'm not a great salesman either.. it just takes a certain type of personality.
So who are the closers on this staff? One of the mods (Spath, maybe?) said in another thread that Mattison was the main "closer" on Hoke's staff... and we did recruit pretty well with those guys - so I'll buy it... is Mattison playing that role on this staff, and if not, who is going to be the guy to go into a kid's house and "close him"?
Any thoughts?
