1) keep Jim and add let’s say 2 years...so he has 3 total. However, next year we aren’t good either and maybe he gets fired

2) get rid of him at the end of the year and lose a bunch of guys in this class
My thought on Jim was to keep him to get better for next year and so on, but at this point I’m thinking maybe just see what happens by letting him go and just get on with another rebuild.
